REMUNERATION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.1 and ASX update 03/03, Admiralty Resources NL (“The Company” or “Admiralty”) advises the market that Stephen Prior has been appointed to the position of Managing Director on the following key terms and conditions:
Remuneration: Salary of $275,000 per annum plus 9% superannuation. Company’s right to terminate: 12 months written notice. Managing Director’s right to terminate: 3 months written notice.
