(or "Company"), informs investors that according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Affiliate company, ADMIE (IPTO) S.A., on 06.06.2025, and specifically of the companies:

• ADMIE HOLDING S.A. (51% holder)

• DES ADMIE S.A. (25% holder) and
• State Grid Europe Limited (24% holder)

the new Board of Directors of ADMIE (IPTO) S.A. was formed into a body on 20.06.2025 with a threeyear term and its composition is the following:
