The "SOCIETE ANONYME ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING", with the distinctive title "ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A." (or "Company"), informs investors that the company "State Grid Europe Limited", shareholder of Affiliate ADMIE (IPTO)S.A., in its letter dated 20.02.2025, has replaced the member of the BoD Liu Yin by Pan Yuehui and the member of the BoD He Yunpeng by Gan Xiangyang.

Following the above, at the Board of Directors of IPTO S.A. meeting on 10.03.2025, it was announced that Pan Yuehui would replace Liu Yin and Gan Xiangyang would replace He Yunpeng.

Pan Yuehui and Gan Xiangyang will serve the same term as the outgoing members, ending on 31.05.2025. Their terms will be automatically extended until the first Annual General Meeting after their term of office ends.

Following the above, the BoD of the Affiliate company is reconstituted into a body as follows:
