A purchase order has been received from Welspun Tubular LLC, USA which is valued USD 45902.00 (approximately INR 41.35 Lakhs) to provide them a Main Edge Milling Automated Tool Changing Device Structure fully automated mechanism with a high precision fabrication and machining.

Our current order book is INR 77.36 Crores.

The disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ PoD2/P/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure - A.
