ADLER Real Estate AG expands its Management Board

• Arndt Krienen has been appointed as an additional member of the
  Management Board

Hamburg, 16 December 2015. ADLER Real Estate AG (ISIN: DE0005008007 / WKN:
500800), Frankfurt am Main, is expanding its Management Board as part of
its strong corporate growth. Today the Supervisory Board of ADLER AG has
decided to appoint Arndt Krienen as an additional member of the Management
Board of the residential real estate company, with effect from 1 January
2016 for a period of three years. The Management Board will comprise of two
members henceforth. Krienen will assume, aside other duties, mainly the
responsibility for Asset Management. He will remain on the Management Board
of WESTGRUND AG, Berlin, which was acquired mid-year by ADLER AG.
