Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that the 26[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 04:30 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Further, pursuant to the Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Tuesday, July 08, 2025 is the Record date for the purpose of 26[th] Annual General Meeting and to ascertain the entitlement of the members of the Company for the payment of dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2024-25.

Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and such other provisions as may be applicable, Tuesday, July 08, 2025 is the cut-off date for determining the Members who shall be entitled to vote through remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM.

As per section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is pleased to provide to its members the facility to cast their vote(s) on all resolutions set forth in the notice by electronic means (“e-voting”).
