1. To finalise the date, time and venue for the 34[th ] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

2. To consider and approve the Draft Notice of AGM, Director's Report for the Financial Year ended 3l[5][1 ] March, 2025 with all annexures.

3. To Consider and finalize the date of Book Closure for the purpose of 34[th ] AGM.

4. To consider and approve the Annual Report of the Company for the F.Y.2024-25.

5. To consider and approve the Secretarial Audit Report for the Financial year 2024-25.

6. To consider the re-appointment of Mrs. Usha Chachan (DIN:02304178) Nor ·Executive Director who retires by rotation at the conclusion of the 34[th ] AGM.

7. To appoint Scrutinizer for the purpose of conducting e-voting/poll process f >r the 34[th ] AGM.

8. To fix the cut-of-date and voting period for the purpose of e-voting for the W[h ] AGM.

9. To consider and approve the appointment of Secretarial Auditor.

10. Any other Agenda with the permission of Chairman.
