• 500055 to consider and approve the following:

• Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31[st ] March 2019 along with Audit Report thereon.

• To appoint Mr.R.Bengani and Associates, Chartered Accountant ( FRN 014542S) as Internal Auditor of the Company to conduct audit for the period of five years from F.Y 2019-2020 to F.Y. 2023 - 24

• To Delist the Company's Shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd.

• Any other Agenda with the permission of the Chairman.

Further pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Terms of" Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, itwas already Intimated to BSE that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 6TH April 2019 to 1st June 2019 (both days inclusive) for dealing in securities of the Company for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the code.
