In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 1 November 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2021.
As informed by our communication dated 24 September 2021, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all designated persons from 1 October 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financials results i.e. up to 3 November 2021 (both days inclusive).
