Cleansing notice under section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Adherium Limited ACN 605 352 510 ( Company ) (ASX: ADR) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Act”).

The Company advises that, as detailed in the Appendix 2A dated 14 November 2023, it has today issued 9,721,280 fully paid ordinary shares.

The Company gives notice that:

1. the Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

   • i. the provision of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • ii. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

3. as at the date of this notice there is no excluded information required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
