Adherium Limited (ASX: ADR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Adherium Limited (‘ADR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ADR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 18 March 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Adherium Limited (ACN 605 352 510) (ASX: ADR) (the Company ) requests that ASX grant an immediate trading halt of Adherium’s ordinary shares pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a proposed placement to sophisticated and professional investors.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, we advise that:

1. The trading halt is requested in connection with the above noted proposed placement to sophisticated and professional investors. The trading halt is required to enable the placement to be conducted in an orderly manner;

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continues until the earlier of it making an announcement regarding the matters above and the commencement of trading on Thursday, 18 March 2021; and

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
