Adherium Limited (Company) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (ASX) on Tuesday, 25 August 2015.
Official quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 12:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Wednesday, 26 August 2015. The Company is expected to raise approximately $35 million pursuant to the offer under the second replacement prospectus dated 3 August 2015 issued by the Company (Prospectus) by the issue of 70,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of 50 cents per share.
