Melbourne, Australia, April 22, 2016 – Adherium Limited (ASX: ADR), a global leader in digital health technologies addressing sub-optimal medication use in chronic disease, today announced that Head of Commercial Development and Company Secretary, Bronwyn Le Grice, had tendered her resignation in order to spend more time with her family.

Ms Le Grice will continue in the role of Joint Company Secretary until a suitable replacement has been found. The Company has commenced this process and expects to be able to appoint a replacement swiftly.
