Melbourne, Australia, May 10, 2016 – The Directors of Adherium Limited (ASX: ADR) announce the resignation of Ms Bronwyn Le Grice, and the appointment of Mr Mark Licciardo of Mertons Corporate Services, as Joint Company Secretary. Mr Rob Turnbull, Chief Financial Officer, will remain as Joint Company Secretary.

Mark Licciardo (B Bus(Acc), GradDip CSP, FGIA, GAICD) is the founder and Managing Director of Mertons Corporate Services. A former company secretary of Top 50 ASX listed companies Transurban and Australian Foundation Investment Company, his expertise includes working with boards of directors in the areas of corporate governance, compliance and company secretarial support.

Mark is also the former Chairman of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) Victoria division and Melbourne Fringe Festival and a current non-executive director of a number of public and private companies.
