Reference is made to the announcement by Aurelia Bidco Norway AS today, 24 April 2024, regarding the satisfaction of the regulatory approvals condition under, and settlement notification for, the voluntary offer for all issued and outstanding ordinary class A shares in Adevinta ASA ("Adevinta").

eBay International Holding GmbH and eBay International Management B.V., subsidiaries of eBay Inc., are close associates of Mark Solomons and Julie Simpson, members of the board of directors of Adevinta. Please find a PDMR-notification attached.
