adesso pools its in|sure product family portfolio at adesso insurance
solutions GmbH / Merger of PSLife Consulting GmbH with adesso insurance
solutions GmbH

adesso is pooling its in|sure product family portfolio at adesso insurance
solutions GmbH. Following the merger of PSLife GmbH in March 2016, the
subsidiary PSLife Consulting GmbH is now being merged with adesso
insurance solutions GmbH as well. adesso AG acquired the minority interests
from the previous partners for this purpose. The merger agreement was
notarised yesterday. All PSLife Consulting GmbH employees will work at
adesso insurance solutions GmbH in future. The former managing director of
PSLife Consulting, Harald Narloch, will join the management team of adesso
insurance solutions GmbH (ais).

Until now, PSLife Consulting GmbH has provided services related to the
PSLife system − the adesso software solution for life insurance contract
management. The portfolio ranges from introducing PSLife to support in the
areas of process and business analysis, as well as actuarial theory. This
know-how is being channelled into adesso insurance solutions GmbH thanks to
the merger. adesso insurance solutions GmbH supports the insurance industry
with a wide-ranging product portfolio in its role as implementation partner
for the key business processes of inventory and claims management. As a
complete IT solution, adesso's in|sure product family plays an especially
important part, as it enables insurance companies in all sectors to provide
the ideal support for their business transactions. The merger of PSLife
Consulting GmbH with adesso insurance solutions GmbH is thus a logical step
in consolidating previously separate solution components within the
insurance business.
