adesso AG expects to exceed earnings forecast for 2014

adesso AG expects to exceed the forecast for the operating profit EBITDA in
fiscal year 2014. EBITDA for the full year is now expected to be EUR 9.4 to
9.8 million (previously: EUR 8.5 to 9.0 million). Drivers for the positive
development in the fourth quarter have been again high utilisation,
profitable projects and higher than expected license sales. In the fourth
quarter another DAX company has been acquired for the use of the high-end
content management system FirstSpirit and two additional customers have
been gained in the United States.

The evaluation of projects and balance sheet items for the separate
financial statements is not yet complete, and the transition to IFRS
figures for the consolidated financial statement is as well pending. Hence,
the consolidated operating profit of the Group is subject to typical
fluctuations in the process of preparing the consolidated financial
statement. The audited consolidated annual financial statement with the
final figures of 2014 will be released as planned on 30 March 2015.
