adesso AG increases sales and operating profit in the first half of 2014;
second quarter weaker / earnings forecast maintained

On the basis of preliminary figures for the first half of 2014 adesso had
revenues of EUR 75 million and an EBITDA of EUR 3.3 million. Compared to
the previous year, sales have increased by 15% purely organic and operating
profit EBITDA by 13%. Second quarter of 2014 with a turnover of EUR 37
million and an EBITDA of EUR 0.6 million was significantly weaker than the
first quarter. This was due to the lower number of working days, small
license revenues as well as increased costs for some projects and
investments in additional solutions for the insurance industry. The
forecast for the full year 2014 with increased sales of EUR 144 to 148
million (previous year: EUR 135 million) and an increased EBITDA of EUR 8.5
to 9.0 million (previous year: EUR 7.8 million) is currently maintained for
the EBITDA and raised to EUR 153 to 158 million in sales.
