adesso AG increases operating earnings to a new high of EUR 3.7 million in
the third quarter

On the basis of preliminary figures, adesso had sales of EUR 40.5 million
and EBITDA of EUR 3.7 million in the third quarter of 2014. The operating
earnings key figure EBITDA set a new quarterly record and is up
significantly on the previous year and this year's two previous quarters
(Q3/2013: EUR 3.3 million, Q1/2014: EUR 2.7 million, Q2/2014: EUR 0.5
million). This positive development was driven by the high number of
potential working days, strong capacity utilisation as well as a string of
license sales for company-produced products and solutions. The largest
license agreement for the year to date for in-house high-end content
management system FirstSpirit was signed in September with a DAX company.
Based on this, it is increasingly certain that the forecast of EBITDA of
between EUR 8.5 million and EUR 9.0 million for 2014 will be met.
