The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— BOV AG closes the 4th quarter 2004 according to the preliminary figures as estimated with a positive EBITDA in the amount of EUR 547 thousand and a profit before tax of EUR 278 thousand Total output has been increased the third consecutive quarter to the amount of EUR 4,960 thousand. The final numbers for the financial year 2004 will be released at the annual press- and analysts-conference being held on march 29th 2005. Above that BOV has taken in a large order in Switzerland. The BOV subsidiary GLANCE AG has been retained by IBM Switzerland on a times & materials basis for consulting services within the software-project “VISTA”, a project initiated by the Swiss social securities organizations. The order intake amounts to 3,600 thousand SFR. GLANCE was in charge of conducting the functional analysis and of the concepts within the project in the years 2002 to 2004.
