As previously announced on July 22th, 2024, In accordance with our company's authorized capital ceiling of 1,450,000,000 TL, a request was filed with the Capital Markets Board on July 22, 2024, to approve the issuance document to increase our paid (issued) capital from 23,625,000 TL to 259,875,000 TL by utilizing 236,250,000 TL entirely from Capital Adjustment Positive Differences, and to amend the articles of incorporation's 'Capital' article number 10 and 'Shares' article number 12 accordingly.

The CMB's approval was published in the CMB bulletin on 28 August 2024, under the number 2024/43.
