Şirketimizin 16.04.2025 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda; 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporların denetlenmesi ve yapılan mevzuat değişikliği ile yürürlüğe giren Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları (TSRS) kapsamındaki 2024 ve 2025 yılları zorunlu güvence denetimi de dahil, PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak seçilmesine karar verilmiştir.

In the General Assembly meeting of Adel Kalemcilik on 16 April 2025, it was resolved to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm for the audit of the financial reports for the fiscal year 2025, including the mandatory assurance audit for the years 2024 and 2025 within the scope of the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) which entered into force with the amendment of the legislation.
