ADDvise completes the acquisition of Medisuite, LLC

ADDvise Group AB (publ) has today completed the acquisition of all shares in Medisuite, LLC in accordance with the share purchase agreement as previously communicated via a press release on 30 July 2021. Medisuite will be consolidated into ADDvise's financial reporting as of August 2021. The local management of Medisuite and its operational business structure will remain unchanged pursuant to ADDvise's decentralized structure and the corporate governance of the group. ADDvise welcomes Medisuite to the group.
