Hanna Myhrman is appointed to General Legal Counsel and to an executive member of the group management - Regulatory information
On 1 November 2020 Hanna Myhrman commences as General Legal Counsel and as an executive member of the ADDvise Group AB (publ) group management team.
Hanna Myhrman, born 1992, has a Master of Laws from the University of Lund. Hanna Myhrman has been working as Legal Counsel in ADDvise Group during the past year. Before joining ADDvise Group Hanna Myhrman worked for a global law firm mainly with M&A, financing, and corporate law.
- We are now broadening the competence in the management team in order to accelerate ADDvise's growth journey. Hanna will be an important resource in this work, mainly when it comes to deliver on our acquisition strategy, says Rikard Akhtarzand, CEO in ADDvise Group.
