Press release
STOCKHOLM, May 30, 2013 - Cad-Q, a subsidiary of Addnode Group, has received a major order from ÅF, a technical consulting company, of licenses and maintenance contracts for CAD and BIM software. The order is a direct result of the exclusive cooperation agreement for Autodesk products and related services reached earlier this year between Cad-Q and ÅF.
The order, which runs for three years, comprises all of ÅF's CAD and BIM licenses of Autodesk products and related maintenance agreements. ÅF also invests in Product Data Management (PDM) to more easily organize, manage and track data in the project - from start to simulation and documentation.
"Earlier this year we renewed our agreement with Cad-Q. In parallel, we also analyzed and evaluated our work processes and our overall needs of Autodesk licenses after the acquisition of Epsilon, which has now led to this long-term investment," says Henrik Carlberg, Head of IT at ÅF.
"Cad-Q is obviously very excited about this deal and the partner relationship with ÅF where we, at Nordic level, can contribute knowledge and services in purchases of software, license management, training and development services," says Mats Persson, Business Unit Manager, AEC/FM, Cad-Q.
