Increased number of shares and votes in Addnode Group

The number of shares and votes in Addnode Group AB (publ) has increased as a result of a new share issue of B shares resolved upon by the Board of Directors on April 1, 2021. Through the new share issue the number of B shares in the company increased by 204,802 and the votes increased by 204,802. As of the last trading day in April 2021, there were in total 33,632,058 shares in Addnode Group, divided into 987,174 A shares and 32,644,884 B shares, and 42,516,624 votes.
