Change in number of shares and votes in AddLife AB

The total number of shares and votes inAddLifeAB, reg. no 556995-8126, ("AddLife") has changed in May 2020 consequent upon that the number ofAshares have increased with 3,468,912A-shares and the number of B-shares have increased with 82,404,807 B-shares upon theAnnual General Meeting in AddLife held on 7 May 2020 resolving on a share split (4:1).

After the share split the total number of shares as per 29 May 2020 amounts to 114,498,292 of which 4,625,216A-shares and 109,873,076 B-shares, corresponding to in total 156,125,236 votes. AddLife's share capital of SEK 58,309,339.55 remains unchanged and the par value of the share has changed from approximately SEK 2.03 to approximately SEK 0.51.

As a result of the share split, the shares inAddLife have changed ISINcodes. The new ISINcode for theA-share is SE0014401360 and the new ISINcode for the B-share is SE0014401378.
