Extra General Meeting of AddLife AB 19 November 2020

Resolutions, including the following, were passed by the Extra General Meeting ("EGM") ofAddLifeAB ("The Company") held on 19 November 2020.

Dividend

A dividend of SEK 0.50 per share, irrespectively of class of shares, was declared. Record date for the dividend was confirmed to be Monday, 23 November 2020. The dividend is expected to be remitted by Euroclear SwedenAB on Thursday, 26 November 2020.
