Adavale Resources Limited (ASX: ADD) advises that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company’s members held today, shareholders approved a proposed 1 for 20 consolidation of share capital.

The timetable for the Consolidation is as follows:

Trading in consolidate Shares, on a deferred settlement basis,starts	Thursday, 27 November 2014
Last day for the Company to register Share transfers on a pre-consolidated basis	Monday, 1 December 2014
First day for the Company to register Share transfers on aconsolidated basis and first day for the Company to issue holdingstatement for Shares on a consolidated basis	Tuesday, 2 December 2014
Company announces to ASX that dispatch of the new holdingstatements has occurred	Tuesday, 2 December 2014
