Adavale Resources Limited (ASX: ADD) – Trading Halt
Trading in the securities of Adavale Resources Limited (‘ADD’) will be halted at the request of ADD, pending the release of an announcement by ADD.
Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 4 July 2025; or
-
the release of the announcement to the market.
ADD’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Adavale Resources Limited (ASX: ADD) (“Adavale” or “Company’) requests that a trading halt be placed on the Company’s securities effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.
The Company requests that trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Friday, 4[th] July 2025.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
