Section 708A Notice

Adavale Resources Limited (ASX: ADD) (“Adavale” or “Company’) hereby provides Notice to the ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act) that the Company has issued 38,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at 5.5 cents per share.

For the purposes of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act the Company states that:

• a) the Securities were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act and this Notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e);

• b) as at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company and with section 674 of the Act;

• c) as at the date of this Notice, there is no excluded information, as that term is defined in sections 708A(6)(e), 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
