SALE AGREEMENT SETTLEMENT UPDATE**_
Adavale Resources Limited (ASX: ADD) advises that as outlined in the Notice of General Meeting dated 8 November 2012, Mr Haryono Eddyarto has continued to complete the acquisitions outlined in the Notice of Meeting and acquired 34,168,044 shares pursuant to Tranche 2, and by partially exercising the Tranche 3 call Option and the Tranche 4 call Option set out therein.
In addition, the parties have reached agreement to extend the time to acquire the remaining balance shares pursuant to the Tranche 3 and Tranche 4 Call option to 31 October 2014. All other terms remain unchanged.
