Appointment and Cease of Company Secretary

Adavale Resources Limited ( ASX: ADD ) (“ Adavale ”, or “the Company ”) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr. Stuart Cameron as Company Secretary. Mr Cameron’s appointment forms part of the recent reformulated team and the Company welcomes Mr Cameron’s expertise

Current Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary Mr Jurgen Behrens will step down with all changes to officially take place on 1 April 2020.
