Noting today’s resignations, the attached Appendix 3Zs are provided for Mr Huili Guo and Mr Kham Signavong. Prior to their formal resignations the existing Board confirmed the appointments of Peter Tsegas and Mr Louis Clinton to fill casual Director vacancies, which came into effect at the conclusion of today’s AGM.

As foreshadowed in the announcement on Tuesday 26 November 2019, Mr Clinton has now been duly elected Non-Executive Chairman of Adavale Resources Limited.
