New Chairman Appointed

Adavale Resources Limited (ASX Code: ADD) (the Company) is pleased to announce that Mr Haryono Eddyarto has been appointed by the board as the Company Chairman. Mr Eddyarto who has been on the board since 28 September, 2011, succeeds Mr Richard Poole who has retired as the Chairman today. The Board conveys its appreciation of Mr Poole’s service in his role as Chairman over the years.

Mr Poole will remain as a Non-executive Director of the Company’s board to assist Mr Eddyarto leading up to the Company’s forthcoming General Meeting and the completion of the remaining share sale agreements, which are conditional on the receipt of shareholder approval.
