Appointment of New Auditor and Resignation of CEO of Indonesian Activities
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Adavale Resources Limited (the Company) is pleased to advise that shareholders resolved to appoint Grant Thornton as Adavale’s auditors at today’s Annual General Meeting.
It is with regret that the Company has to also announce that the CEO of the Company’s Indonesian business interests, Mr Marshall Cooper, has resigned due to personal health concerns. Mr John Risinger will assume the role at this stage.
