Ref: Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("LODR Regulations")

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations, we would like to inform you that the Company has received a communication (dated January 25, 2021) from Universal Trade and Investments Ltd ("UT"), an entity which was disclosed as part of the promoter group of the Company in the shareholding pattern submitted to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the quarter ended December 31, 2020, inter alia intimating the Company that:

(i) 100% shares of UT have been acquired by Total Renewables SAS, France ("Investor") from Dome Trade and Investment Limited, Mauritius ("Seller") on January 15, 2021 ("Transaction").
(ii) As on the January 15, 2021, UT did not hold any securities in the Company; and
(iii) Pursuant to the aforesaid Transaction (i.e. acquisition of 100% shares in UT by the Investor), UT has now become part of the Total Group, and is consequently no longer part of the promoter group of the Company.

The shareholding pattern of the Company, as on the close of January 22, 2021 (post consummation of the Transaction), is hereby enclosed as Annexure 1.
