Sub.: Updates to our earlier disclosure made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for proposed stake sale in Aviceda Infra Park Limited (“AIPL”)

Ref.: Our earlier disclosure dated January 25, 2024

Further to our disclosure referenced above, we wish to inform you that the parties to the proposed transaction (for which a Memorandum of Understanding was signed earlier) have executed a Share Purchase Agreement and concluded the transaction. Accordingly, Adani Power Limited’s stake in AIPL has been transferred upon sale to M/s. AdaniConnex Private Limited.

Consequent to the above, AIPL now ceases to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
