Sub: Intimation under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) in relation to early closure of the public issuance by Adani Enterprises Limited (“Company”) of up to 1,00,00,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value of ₹ 1,000 each amounting up to ₹500 crores with an option to retain oversubscription up to ₹500 crores, aggregating up to ₹1,000 crores (“Issue”) pursuant to the prospectus dated December 29, 2025 (“Prospectus”).
Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and our letter dated December 29, 2025, we would like to inform you that Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, vide a resolution passed on January 7, 2026, has approved an early closure of the Issue on Thursday, January 8, 2026, which was scheduled to close on Monday, January 19, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 33A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021, as amended.
The newspaper advertisement to this effect shall be published by the Company in the same newspapers in which the pre issue advertisement was published.
