Sub: Intimation under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Meeting of the Board of Directors
Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 30th April, 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve among other things, the following matters:

- The Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026;

- Recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26;

- Raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares or any other eligible securities through permissible modes, including but not limited to a private placement, a qualified institutions placement, preferential issue, or any other method or combination of methods as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required and the approval of shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Trading Window closure
As intimated earlier, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date when the results are declared and made public on April 30, 2026.
