Sub: Intimation for incorporation of wholly owned Subsidiary company by Adani Airport Holdings Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
We would like to inform that Adani Airport Holdings Limited (“AAHL”), a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely “Adani Airport City Limited” (“AACL”) on December 06, 2025. The information of the same is received by the Company on December 8, 2025 at 12:30 pm.
The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024 are given as under:
