Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that Astraan Defence Limited (“ ADL ”), a step down wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has allotted 10,09,40,000 equity shares (representing 49% of ADL’s share capital) to MSM Group S. R. O (“ JV Partner ”) at ADL’s board meeting held on December 2, 2025, consequent to which, the shareholding of Agneya Systems Limited (the immediate holding company of ADL and step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) in ADL has diluted from 100% to 51%.
