AdAlta Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of AdAlta Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 13 July 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

   • a) The Company releasing an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising; and

b) the commencement of trading on Friday 13 July 2018.

1. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
