NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 (CTH)

Adairs Limited (Adairs) has today issued fully paid ordinary shares in Adairs in accordance with the announcement made by Adairs on 25 November 2021.

Adairs gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ) as notionally modified by ASIC Corporations (Disregarding Technical Relief) Instrument 2016/73 ( ASIC Instrument 2016/73 ) that:

• 1 Adairs has issued 1,709,402 fully paid ordinary shares in Adairs without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• 2 as at the date of this notice, Adairs has complied with:

  • the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Adairs (accounting requirements); and

  • sections 674 and 674A of the Act (continuous disclosure requirements); and

• 3 as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Act that is required to be set out in this notice under section 708A(6)(e) of the Act.

This announcement has been approved by the Board of Adairs Limited.
