Adairs Limited (“Company”) is expected to be admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Wednesday, 17 June 2015.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 12:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Wednesday, 17 June 2015 on a deferred settlement basis. The Company is expected to raise approximately $218.1 million through the issue of 14,852,115 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) at a price of $2.40 per Share and the sale and transfer of 76,027,477 Shares at a price of $2.40 per Share under a prospectus dated 29 May 2015 issued by the Company and Adairs SaleCo Limited.
