Director Resignation
Melbourne, 28 August 2018:
The Managing Director of Adairs Limited, Mark Ronan, today announced that non-executive director David Briskin has chosen to resign from the Board in October at the time of the Annual General Meeting to concentrate on other business interests.
Managing Director Mark Ronan commented:
“David has been a valued member of the Adairs Board since the company’s Initial Public Offering in 2015. David has brought a wealth of retail and commercial experience and understanding to the Board and his insight has been extremely valuable for the company. We thank David for his service to Adairs.”
The Board has commenced a process to identify and appoint a new independent non-executive director prior to the Annual General Meeting.
