2023 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Melbourne, 15 September 2023
Adairs Limited (ASX: ADH) advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of members will be held in the Bellarine Room at the Hyatt Centric, 25 Downie Street, Melbourne at 11:00am on Friday, 24 November 2023.
Further details relating to the meeting and how shareholders may participate will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.
The closing date for the Company’s receipt of any nominations for the position of director at the 2023 Annual General Meeting is 5.00pm (Melbourne time) on Thursday, 5 October 2023.
