Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Melbourne, Tuesday 10[th] August 2021:

Adairs Limited (ASX: ADH) hereby provides notice that the 2021 Annual General Meeting is to be held at 11:00am on Wednesday the 20th of October 2021. In view of current circumstances, the Company will hold a fully virtual Meeting, which means there will not be a physical venue for shareholders to attend. The Meeting will be webcast live via an online platform and shareholders will be able to listen to the proceedings, view the presentations, ask questions of the Board and vote in real-time. Alternatively, shareholders may cast proxy votes in advance of the meeting

Further details relating to the meeting and how shareholders may participate will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.

The closing date for the Company’s receipt of any nominations for the position of director at the 2021 Annual General Meeting is 5.00pm (Melbourne time) on Thursday, 19 August 2021.
