Disposal of own shares
Pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, we hereby announce the disposal of 3,420 own shares (0.08 percent of the share capital) on December 18, 2024 to the employees as awards for excellence in 2024 under the name "AD5". After this disposal, the total number of own shares of AD Plastik amounts to 35,008, representing 0.83 percent of the Company's share capital.
