Disposal of own shares
Pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, we hereby announce the disposal of 4,091 own shares (0.10 percent of the share capital) on June 8, 2021 as awards to the management for successful work in 2020. After this disposal, the total number of own shares of AD Plastik amounts to 50,753, representing 1.21 percent of the Company's share capital.
